QUICK AND EASY RECIPES

When we say it'll do everything we mean it. It'll Do Gourmet Sauce is great for enhancing, entrees, appetizers, side dishes, casseroles, soups, and more. You can use it as a condiment, glaze, marinate, or recipe ingredient to turn the most ordinary dish into extraordinary.

CROCKPOT ALL AMERICAN BAKED BEANS WITH BACON

The best All American Baked Beans You'll  Every Have!

Ingredients

    It'll Do Gourmet Sauce

    3 large cans Baked Beans

    ½ Pound of Bacon

    ¼  Cup Brown Sugar

 

Directions

  1. Cut bacon into ½ -1 inch strips.  Arrange in a skillet and cook over medium heat.  Fry the bacon until it is browned and crisp, stirring and turning frequently.

  2. Remove the bacon to paper towels to drain excess grease.

  3. Pour 3 cans of Baked Beans into the crockpot and set at first to high heat

  4. Add Bacon into the beans

  5. Add ½ Cup of Brown Sugar

  6. Add 1 Cup It'll Do Gourmet Sauce into the Beans

  7. Stir together for 1 minute in the crockpot

 

Cook on low for 5-6 hours or for a faster finish cook on high for 2 hours.

PIGS IN A BLANKET

Cheesy and Delicious!

 

Ingredients

  • It'll Do Gourmet Sauce

  • 1 can refrigerated crescent rolls

  • 4 hot dogs

  • 4 Slices of American Cheese

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 F. Separate dough into 8 triangles. 

  2. Cut each hot dog in half crosswise. On the wide end of each triangle place half a slice of cheese.  Place each hot-dog half on the cheese at the wide end of the roll and lightly drizzle with 1 teaspoon of It'll Do Gourmet Sauce. Roll it up. Space the hot-dog rolls evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. 

Bake approximately 13-15 minutes until the rolls are brown and flaky. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.

BAKED WALLEYE OR CATFISH

Ingredients 

    1 lb Walleye/Catfish

   It'll Do Gourmet Sauce

    Black Pepper and Salt

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 325.

  2. Line 8x10" dish with foil.

  3. Place fish in pan, sprinkle black pepper and salt

  4. Use a pastry brush to lightly glaze tops and sides of fillets with A.L. Prick and Son’s Everything Sauce

  5. Bake uncovered for about 20 minutes, until fish flakes when touched with fork. Note: No need to turn while baking.

  6. Let rest for 1 minute, apply an extremely light glaze to the tops and side of fillets with It'll Do Gourmet Sauce.

 

Serves 4.

RON'S LIP-SMACKING GREAT CHILI

Ingredients

  • 2 lb.   85% Ground Beef      

  • 4- 15.5 oz. Bush’s Mixed Chili Beans w/mild chili sauce

  • 1-28oz. Hunts Crushed Tomatoes

  • 1-15oz. Hunts Crushed Tomatoes

  • ½ cup. Jalapeno Juice (from slices or diced jalapenos)

  • ½ TSP. Chili Powder 

  • 6 oz. It'll Do Gourmet Sauce

Instructions:

Brown the ground beef, seasoned with salt and pepper.

Add all other ingredients, stir well, and bring to a boil.

Turn down and simmer for 20-25 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Amazing chili toppers:

  • saltine or oyster crackers

  • sour cream

  • shredded cheddar cheese

  • diced avocado

  • sliced green onions
